Who We Are
Lexem Homes is a property development company founded by Sam Willows-Pierce and Luke Dowd. Based in Surrey, we specialise in residential developments across the South East.
We’re a new company built on old-fashioned principles: quality work, fair dealing, and getting the job done properly.
Our Founders
Together, they bring over twenty years of combined experience in the property industry.
Sam Willows-Pierce
Co-founder with extensive experience in property development and project delivery. Samuel oversees our development pipeline and ensures every project meets our standards.
Luke Dowd
Co-founder bringing expertise in construction and land acquisition. Luke leads our site identification and development process from planning through to completion.
